Why isn't my Promo Code working?
Enter the promo code in the "Discount Code" box on the upper right hand side of the checkout screen. Hit the "APPLY" button and see the price adjust before entering payment information. Remember promo codes may only be valid for limited time frames so check the details associated with the code you are using.
What happens if I used the wrong address on my order?
If you used the wrong address, you can always try to email us and request an order cancellation so that you can try the transaction again with the correct address. The best way to get in touch with us is to use the "Contact" form through the link at the bottom of every page.
What happens if my order shipped already and the address was wrong?
If you order was shipped out already, we cannot recall the package and do not have the ability to re-route packages once they are with the carrier. Should the carrier find that the address is undeliverable, they will automatically return the package to sender. Once we receive the package back from the carrier, we will issue a refund.
What do I do if my item was damaged during delivery?
The first step is to use the "Contact" form on our website and email us a photo of the item, the packaging from the carrier and an explanation of what is wrong. Our customer service department will review the photos and open an investigation to determine the best course of action. Note that all of our packages are prepared under video surveillance and photos are taken to ensure that items are placed correctly in the shipping materials and then sealed closed. Please include your Order ID in the message.
What do I do if my tracking number is not showing movement after 5-7 business days?
You can email us an inquiry by using the "Contact" form on our website so that our shipping department can help trace the package and see what the best course of action is. Please include your Order ID in the message.
What do I do if my tracking number says delivered but I didn't get the package?
If you didn't receive your package, you should contact your local postal worker and ask where they left it. Should you have an incident of a lost package, you can open an investigation by contacting the USPS Inspector General. If you have proof of theft, you should open a police report with your local law enforcement agency. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen after the time of final delivery as marked by the carrier.
